+ -1 moreI WOULD NOT USE NOLAND AND ASSOCIATES AGAIN! I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY AND OUTCOME OF THEIR WORK. I FEEL AS THOUGH THEY DID NOT ACCURATELY APPRAISE MY HOUSE.
Description of Work: WHEN PUTTING MY HOUSE UP FOR SALE IT WAS NECESSARY TO HAVE IT APPRAISED. I WAS TOLD THROUGH A FRIEND ABOUT NOLAND AND ASSOCIATES AND DECIDED TO USE THEM.
