Daniel, the owner, is a very kind young man. He is in the start up phase of this business, so I gave him a chance because of his kindness and politeness. The amount of dirt needed was grossly underestimated, there were many large dirt clumps left in what was supposed to be smooth for grass planting, and the soil was not compacted down in any way thus making it sink down 1-1.5" if walked on, the rain has even help in compacting it some. I don't feel he has the proper equipment to complete this type of job as he showed up to my home with just with under a yard of dirt delivered to my home and only a shovel- no rake, no wheelbarrow- no tools to speak of. We are now having 40 bags (1.5 cf each) delivered tomorrow so that we can complete the job correctly as asked. I have attached pictures however it is difficult to judge the job from them. Again, I believe he is a fine young man however he just needs to grow in some areas to become a business.
