THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. IT WAS LIKE GETTING A BRAND NEW COMPUTER WHEN WE GOT IT BACK. THEY WERE VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND VERY PROMPT IN RETURNING IT BACK TO US WITH THEIR WORK COMPLETED.

THE SERVICE MAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WAS ABLE TO GET MY COMPUTER RUNNING LIKE NEW. THEY HAD IT READY FOR ME WHEN THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD. AND THEY WERE ABLE TO TELL ME WHAT I COULD DO TO KEEP IT FROM HAPPENING AGAIN.

THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY COMPUTER LITERATE. HE ARRIVED ON TIME, AND HAD THE COMPUTER FIXED WITHIN 2 HOURS. HE ALSO INSTALLED A PROGRAM THAT SHOULD PROTECT ME FROM THE PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE.

THEY WERE ABLE TO ASSESS WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HOW TO FIX IT. THEY WERE VERY TIMELY AND WAS ABLE TO GET MY COMPUTER BACK TO ME IN A TIMELY MANNER.
