I called and left a message.
Next day, I called back and was told that he'd be by later in the afternoon if he could. He didn't show, didn't call.
The day after, I called back and left a message.
No one ever returned my call.
....guess they don't want the business.

We are on a well & when I went to the kitchen sink for water & nothing came out I knew I was in for possibly a large bill & long wait for service. I called the previous service company we last used about 20 yr ago & they had a recorded message that they were on vacation. I also called 4 other companies; 1 said they were 2 weeks behind, all but one of the others just said to leave a message. I  got lucky finding a real live person to answer when I called Malone Well Service. She said all their trucks were out on calls & that she would contact them to see how soon someone could get to us. This was about 11:30 am. Less than 1 1/2  hours later I received a call from the company owner's son saying he would be here right after he grabbed a bite to eat. About an hour later we had water again! Luckily for us our pump was ok & it was only the control box that went out. We felt  very fortunate to have Malone Well Service for prompt, courteous, professional & all around great service! Thank you David!

They put in my well and water softner originally 13 years ago and gave me great honest service then, so I called them when my water softener became ineffective. They did a free inspection and determined that the beads in the tank were exhausted and needed to be replaced. ( they only last so long) The head unit that draws the brine was week but usable, I decided to replace it with a new updated model. They gave me the option and said the other would work. There was no pressure to buy a new one. They called me when the parts came in we set up a general time, they called me when they were on the way and took care of business on arrival. They were friendly, courteous and cleaned up afterward.
