M6 Construction

This job was suppose to take 5 weeks and we told them to leave after 16 weeks. Workers would show up 3 maybe 4 Days of the week. Did not know the Weatherford Building codes. When the garage was taken in we received a citation from the city that we would have to build a garage. Mr. Chris Moore lied to us and told us that, that was a new building code written in January, 2017. After talking with the building dept. they told us that the garage code was implemented eight years ago. Craftsmanship of the wood strip where the wall taken down was and is horrible. Cuts in the replaced hardwood floor are uneven and filled in with wood filling, one half of the wood filling has already fallen out. Corner Crack in the large shower tile. Did not use tempered glass in window above master bath. Did not seal (Kilz) trim because the sap from the wood is coming through. Cracks in both sides of the walls in master bath and master bedroom pocker door. Trim in utility room, livingroom, master suite only had one coat of paint. Walls in master suite are painted different shades of gray. Outside window frame had one coat of paint because sap from wood is seeping through. Took advantage of senior citizens promising things and in hindsight did not follow through. Did not see a price for extras, like the backsplas and tile in master bath until we met to pay the bill. Trusted this company because they referred to by a good friend. After telling them to leave and not do anymore work in our house because we would do it ourselves. If Floor to Ceiling/M6 Construction could not build it right in the first place why would we want them to continue working.

They were outstanding across the board. They were punctual with their visits. They communicated well. They always showed up. They did work they were supposed to do. The quality of work was excellent. They were good across the board. They deliver exactly what they say they're gonna deliver. I would recommend them because of the quality of work and the ability to do the job on time.
