Two young men came out to the house and removed and installed a new facet with pipe. They had to did into the ground at the base of the facet and replaced the dirt with pea-gravel, which was appropriate. We had not done that ourselves with the first facet. They were in and out within an hour and explained the procedure and I paid $200. We had been living with that old leaking facet for so about 6 years. Wish I had done this sooner.
