I live out of state and prior to purchasing the three items of jewelry I asked the clerk if it was ok to return. I purchased the items on my credit card. Upon arriving home I put the outfit on along with the new jewelry and it did not look good. I called the store not even one week after buying the items and the woman said it was ok to return and upon receipt of the items would call me to get my credit card number to process the credit. But she then put me on hold after saying she wanted to check with her partner. The partner came on the phone and said no returns on jewelry were allowed because they have problems with kids returning the items after prom. I explained I was an adult and not of prom age and it just didn't go with my outfit. She still said no. I said the clerk said it was ok and she replied they would have a talk with their help. But still no. I then said I would never shop at their store again.
