He will not respond once you pay him if you have any any issues. Also, watch him when he packs up as I was not home when he left and he stole a drill.

Jacob was professional, respectful and has a diligent work ethic. Removed, cut onsite, reassembled outdoor staircase for tenant apt. Done in half a day for tenant access. Quality materials and workmanship excellent. With extensive experience, Jacob stressed safety issues of the current stairs and made them structurally safe. I will have him back to build new fencing and other projects.

I had a pipe to a circulation pump rupture, spraying water all over the place. Jacob was quick to respond and arrive. Within minutes he fixed the issue and installed new pipes for the pump, and I haven't had any issues since. Thanks Jacob!

Jacob is very reliable! He has helped with electrical on a very old difficult house, he has done several small plumbing jobs for me. Iâ  ve had Jacob put in fans, AND he built my beautiful big deck! Looks great! Oh yes and the most awesome coffee table! Conversation piece for sure.
