When I called It's Bugs or Us! I discovered this local, family-run business to be. very friendly and courteous on the phone while arranging for their company to come and take care of a problem we were having with carpenter ants Nick came the next business day and was very friendly and informative of the problem we had. I would surely recommend this company and their service - the were on time, and we felt their pricing well within our budget.

Phenomenally well!! The services provided through It’s Bugs or Us are BEYOND compare! They are our second exterminator company hired to rid our acre of carpenter ants, and we will keep them FOREVER!! Their service is top notch and expertise in the field is like none other. Mr. Roark is impressively knowledgeable and his staff is such a delight to work with. So glad I stumbled across Bugs Or Us. I had been battling ants on and off for months. Nothing I was doing was working. Nick came out assessed the problem and took care of it. Ant problems gone. I now have regularly scheduled service to keep the bugs away.
