They came highly recommended and we got the Carrier unit. It seemed to me that the price was reasonable when I looked online and stuff. They were very professional. They did an excellent job and they got the job done in a timely manner. They were very helpful and communicative.

We've had Hobbs come out 4 times over the past two years. We have a real lemon of an air conditioner. We found Hobbs because we had to shop around for a better price on a huge repair. They do good work and charge an affordable rate. They don't come out on holidays, nights or weekends, which can be very inconvenient when the a/c breaks in summer, but the wait is really worth it to work with a quality small business like this one.
