100 degree day and A/C had been struggling. I had 2 companies come out and both told me the bad news. Got a couple of estimates $8000-8500. Saw Gregg Air had a $500 off coupon for Angie’s customers so I gave them a call on Saturday to leave a message. Steve called me back and actually came over on Sunday and spent over an hour checkout out my system and even getting in my hot attic to check for a leak. He gave me the best estimate and said they could install a new 16 seer Goodman Tuesday. They replaced the whole system in less than 5 hours.

I got estimates from Mike Foster for system replacement both for my rental property and for my residence...both systems were over 20 years old. The estimates for 5-ton systems were the best of six I obtained between June 2020 and June 2021 (when I finally decided to do the work). Both installation crews were prompt, professional, and completed the jobs in a timely manner. A couple of the estimates I got before Gregg Air were actually for a few thousand dollars more for directly comparable equipment. I recently referred a friend to Gregg Air...she also purchased a system from them and was as pleased as I was. You owe it to yourself to get an estimate from these folks if you need a new system.

Marshall came 7/10/20 to tune up 7 year old unit that has never had any issues. On 7/16 unit went out and could not get response from them thru the emergency number of the text I sent. Had to call another company who came at 10:30p to repair..which cost me over $500.00. I spoke to Suny Roberts the next day to discuss issue due to accident of coincidence and forwarded invoice from them to him, and agreed to discuss further after he reviewed it. After many messages left for him there has been no response after he agreed to call me when he received invoice. It is now 8/14/20

We had an 8900 new AC unit installed inside and outside today from Gregg Air LLC. I have dealt with Will Green and Steve Spire. It has been nothing but a nightmare, work wasn’t done that was on the invoice until it was questioned, things were not done correctly, massive amountS of calls between the owner and the acting owner, nothing has been done and 12 hours later I still don’t have an air conditioner that works. I have text and called both owner and acting owner, one responded to me 2 1/2 hours ago that someone would be here. Their website states that they have a 24 hour emergency service and I have 85° heat in my house no air conditioner and they won’t respond. What kind of cracker jack business is this? When Steve was making the sale to me to purchase the A/c unit he said at any time you have problems will be there immediately. So the moral of the story is, this business wants your business, but once you’re done and you bought the item you’re no longer importa

Mike Foster came out and gave me a quote, Greg Air was my fourth quote. Mike quoted a good price from my previous quotes. Saul & Elvis came out to install my system,they were on time and neat. My systems works great, I appreciate the price and service. Cliff J

Loved working with Gregg air. Will came to the house to discuss options and best fit for my house. Decided on a mini split and even found an electrician. Both prices were understandable with the quality I got. Workers were punctual, professional, and kind.

Tech could not be more accommodating and professional. Arrived on time and you are provide text alerts of the techs name ahead of time with estimated arrival, which I like. There was a completely (unrelated to the visit) issue that arose inside my homes electrical panel, one of my AC breakers went bad. I called back and within seconds they were scheduling someone to come back out. They stayed to the problem was resolved. Highly recommend them!

Our AC went out and the old R22 refrigerant negated the cost / benefit of repairing the old unit. Gregg Air was one of 4 companies that bid on the project and Will was able to come out the same day I called. He sized and priced our system and they installed the next business day. I appreciate the fact that Will did not oversell or try to add on a ton of things that might be nice, but unnecessary for my goal (which was simply replacing the AC and furnace with an equivalent unit). The installers were on time and professional and the new unit is already making our upstairs comfy again. I received a phone call from the manager near the end of the install to make sure all went well (and it did). The new unit is making the house comfy already! Thanks Gregg Air team!

A call into the office resulted in being able to get a tech out to our house the very same day. We were only available after work, and they were able to meet us at 6pm. Swift diagnosis and repair. From start to finish, can’t say I have ever had a service call ever go so smoothly

Will was very prompt in returning phone calls and texts. He listened to our needs and concerns and quoted a price for exactly what we needed. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Spoke to him on Friday, he came and did the estimate Saturday and the work was performed on Monday! His crew showed up exactly when they said they would, and were very polite and professional. The A/C is wishing perfectly and we are really happy with the work. I will be recommending them to all of our friends.
