We used them for a couple of years. The cell is going to a tank and when the cell turns into liquid, it goes into a second tank which has a diffuser and they blow air bubbles into the water to disinfect it. It goes into a third tank that has chlorine and it chlorinates the water and as the air goes out, the sprayers spray on the lawn. It is used in areas where there are a lot of clay or rocks. The price is competitive and the quality of their work is excellent.

Garrett's Aerobic Septic Systems are really good. They've been very good and very fair on their prices. They do monthly inspections that are required by the state and supply the chlorine tablets. When we needed repair work done, they do it. I had good experience with both the office and the technicians that come out. They've all been very responsive and honest. They just fix what needs to be fixed and they don't embellish and get you to spend thousands of dollars or whatever. I think they're great.

I needed to move our sprinklers to a different location on our property. Garrett Aerobic came right out and gave us an estimate. The estimate consisted of relocating the sprinklers, a new engineer design and the repair permit from the county. I also contacted my current company, they quoted me to do the same thing for quite a bit more.

Very poorly. On one of the inspections, the workman noted that there was a repair that needed to be done, but didn't do it. When I called, Jo-Anne Garrett agreed that the repair was less than $200 but refused to come back without charging for an extra trip charge ($79, I believe). It was particularly upsetting how rude and condescending she was on the phone!

They show up when they say they're going to show up. The office staff works hand in hand with the people in the field. Anyone who has an aerobic septic system is required to have an annual contract with a company that can inspect their septic systems. I have already changed companies. Garrett Septic has already shown me that they are reliable, professional and know their business.

THEY DID THEIR JOB WELL. THE PROFESSIONALISM WASN'T THE BEST I HAD SEEN FOR THE PEOPLE ON SITE. THEY WERE FRIENDLY THOUGH AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
