Tammy our property manager has been a real life saver for us. She goes out of her way to fill our units, but more importantly has a great relationship with the tenants and treats them with respect. I have talked with our tenants and have even received feedback from them on how great she is. She goes by and checks the inside of the properties every 3 mo. to check the AC filters and the property to make sure that it is being taken care of. I believe that all this contributes to us having full occupancy and retaining good tenants.
