He came and fixed the fence, but stated that his initial estimate was incorrect and that it was going to cost more. $490.00 was added to the original quote. He just did the repairs in January of this year and it is already falling apart. He has not bothered to fix my fence, but did come across as very charming and could tell that I was very vulnerable and also a very single woman. I have a fire pit and had invited him over to roast hotdogs and make s'mores. He agreed to come, but never showed. He did however, call and ask to borrow money, which I loaned him. I documented, and he signed the agreement to pay all monies back. This happened several times, along with the promise to pay it back within "a timely manner." All I have gotten from him is excuses and promises that he has never fulfilled. Women Beware!! He is SHADY and will scam you.
Description of Work: I found him on Home Advisor and hired him to repair my wooden fence.
