Poor customer service and terrible results. Reached out to him to lay sod. Had to hound him to come out, which he half finished. Took another two weeks for him to finish the job. Now my lawn is in a worse state than before. The sod wasn't installed properly and never too root. My lawn is also lumpy, making it hard to mow.

Avoid E&F Lawn and Landscaping (Erik Catalan). He installed sod and a sprinkler zone quickly, but when the sod started dying due to poor sprinkler coverage and improper installation, he ghosted me after promising for weeks to return. I had to call daily just to get partial warranty work done?and even that was poor quality. He?s not registered to do business in TX or Parker County and doesn?t pay sales tax. I?m now paying someone else to fix his mess. Be warned. ***Update - after posting this review, Erik finally responded to my numerous attempts to reach him for over a month and came back out and addressed my sprinkler zone.

Stay away from this company. Erik talks a great game but does not follow through. Work is substandard and they don?t show up and lies when they don?t show up. 3 months later I?m stuck with substandard work that I have to fix myself.

Horrible customer service. never showed up on time and did the worst work quality I've ever seen, caused damage to job site and yard, and did not complete the job. I would recommend everyone avoid this business at all costs.

They communicate well, explain things well, complete work when they say they will.

Great communication, on time, gave great information and did an amazing job with our sprinklers, French drains, and sod replacement. I highly recommend them!

Erik and his team did great work with care.

Erik takes care of our irrigation and landscaping and he does such a great job. Our yard transformed in just two months of him starting the service. Goes above and beyond. Affordable & reliable. Would recommend him 100%!!!

Erik and his team were great installing our irrigation system and laying sod on our property. They always showed up when scheduled to be here. If I had a question, Erik always returned my calls with a solution. I highly recommend E&F.
