The bid was a very good price and work was started within about 1 week. The quality of work is appalling. The pipe fence is scrap pieces that are welded together and very crooked (at the front of my house!). The kitchen remodel was stopped after this "remodeler" brought in the cheapest cabinets off of Lowes floor to place in my kitchen. I decided to do my own remodel which turned out much better than letting this guy cut corners and put in substandard materials. If you do not care about quality and workmanship this is the remodeler for you. I only wish I could post pics.
