I did use him for a little while. If I were to scale it on 1-10, I'd probably give him a 5. It was one of my rental properties, or a couple of my rental properties actually. It was a turnaround on a rental property. I don't have anything bad to say about him, it's just that I found a much better handyman that can do plumbing work. Dennis was a little bit slow on responding. I like my contractors to at least be able to text or email, all of the above, and he really doesn't do any. He's an older generation. When I'm an investor and have many properties, I don't have time to pick up the phone and call everybody. It's a lot faster to text. The quality was great. I might use him again, but actually probably no. I just hired a different handyman because my one handyman is getting married this week. I probably won't use him again.

Great. He did everything he said he would. He showed up when he promised and charged a fair price and did a great job. I plan to use him again.

He provided an estimate as soon as called and worked us into other jobs, which I was fine with.  He did the work in one day. I was very happy with the results.

Very good weather did not cooperate, many very cold days and contractor wouldnt pain unless temp was abovee 55 which is what the pain manufactures tell you  . good clean up and was on job early weather permiting

He is very honest. His prices are fair and he does a professional job. He is always on time and will call ahead. I would definitely recommend him.

All you need to know is floor is stronger than new. The job took two days as was promised. I would recommend Dennis for any work he is involved in.

I live in a double wide mobile home and under pinning is the skirting around the bottom. I had someone give me an estimate 2 or 3 years back, and his estimate was 1,500, so Dennis' price wasn't so much more, and he showed up when he said he would. They were doing that work during the Texas summer when it was 100 degrees. They did knock off around noon when it got really hot, so the job took 4 working days, but I didn't expect them to work whole day long. They did a very good job, I was pleased with the finished project. The price was for material and labor, and they gave me a senior citizen's discount.

Dennis was right on time for the estimate and bid. Showed up for work just as he said. Worked on days that the weather cooperated. Excellent work, was very careful, and no need for any clean up on our part. Had the job done way faster than anticipated. Very pleased with end result.

Our experience with Dennis was excellent. He was on time for our initial appointment which is a good sign. He was able to do everything we asked him to do and then some. Dennis is not only a painter - he can build, fix or remodel. He is completely trustworthy. Once Dennis starts one job he stays with that job until finished. He even worked over the 4th of July on our project. As the job progressed I kept finding more things for him to do that I had not thought of when we originally asked for his bid. Dennis never said no and he cheerfully put up with me and my ideas. I do not hesitate to recommend Dennis and would definitely hire him again.

They are very good, punctual and honest workers. I have been very pleased with them. They are very reasonable in their charges. They could have made a lot of money of the paint since they have a contractors discount but they did not do that. I would use them again in the future.
