They did a very good job. They are not cheap but they are not expensive either. So far the unit has been maintenance free and I would definitely use them again.

When the city repaired a gas line out in front of our house and cut our gas off until we ‘fixed the leak’, I called Creech Plumbing. They were very busy but made the time to assess our situation that day. The house is almost 150 years old and needed new gas lines everywhere. Creech Plumbing planned the updates in two stages 1) immediate needs 2) as time permits. It was a formidable job! They completed the work to our satisfaction in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Additionally, they are just nice people! I would recommend them for any plumbing work large or small.

Excellent. Mike came out inspected the previous installation. Tested my water and made a very reasonable recommendation for a replacement unit. He did not try and scare us as another company. Very straight forward with no run around. He and his son were on time and completed the work quickly. And they called before coming out as my wife had requested. We could have gone a little cheaper or a lot more expensive, Mike steered us to the right product for our needs with no scare tactics. We've had the unit for two and a half years with absolutely no problems. I would highly recommend Mike Creech.

Can't say enough good things about Mike Creech Plumbing! We called at 4:30 when we discovered a leak coming from the guest bath and soaking our son's bedroom carpet. They stopped by on their way back to the shop, diagnosed and fixed the issue (luckily no slab jackhammering necessary) in an hour! Nice, courteous, and professional from the first call to the office on. Thank you guys for an excellent job!

Everything went great. Mike came out surveyed the broken water softener. He checked the hardness of our well water. Asked all the right questions and recommend a good unit that would fit our needs. He didn't try to scare us into something at twice the price as another company had. For the install Mike and his son showed up on time got everything installed and added two new shutoff valves so I could isolate the system if I ever need to. I had a question a month after they installed it and they were able to answer it over the phone. I am very happy with their work and would strongly recommend them.

Everything went very well from start to finish. The men sent out were very professional and friendly. This is a family owned business. There service was outstanding. They met all our expectations. Since this replacement was a little unusual they included us in the planning along with helpful suggestions. They will be our plumbers when ever we need plumbing help in the future. Nothing like waking up swinging your legs over the bed and having your feet go squish.  It's one of those experiences you never forget.  They really are the best.  Very responsive.  It's a family owned company, it's Grandfather, Father and Son that are the plumbers.  The Grandmother and the wife run the office.  Nicest people in the world, very responsive, very professional. Can't say enough good things about them.  They are in addition to be sort of a general plumbing company, they do a lot with water softeners.  Which is unusual.  And they are really good at them.

Mike Creech Plumbing is my regular plumber. I have used them many times, but I will write up this review for a slab leak they fixed for us. Mike's son, Cullie, is the plumber that usually services us, but we have also enjoyed other family members helping out. :)
For a couple of weeks, we had noticed that the floor adjacent to the laundry room was warm. Then one day it was wet and warm. We tore up the carpet and decided that we needed a plumber. Since this happened several years ago, I do not recall the exact timing of things, but I believe that I called and left a message on the answering machine early morning. Around 7:30, we got a call from Mike's wife, Sandy, who answers phone and does the scheduling. She indicated that she could get someone out there that morning. Upon evaluating, they determined that we had a slab leak and needed a specialist to locate the leak. Their usual guy was out of town, so they helped us find an alternate. Once the leak location had been determined, Cullie and Mike came out and dug out the concrete. Apparently, the hot water line to the washer had a kink in it from when it was originally installed and it finally just gave way. The offending bit of pipe was actually under the wall between the hallway and utility room, so they had to work in a tight space. They also had to get into the wall behind the washer. They repaired the concrete, but just put the drywall square up with some tape.
Sometimes, when we have an emergency on a weekend, we are forced to use other plumbers, but when we can, we always go back to Cullie!
Also, I am not really sure about the cost of this repair -- too long ago. I always feel like Creech Plumbing charges a reasonable fee. They are conscientious, honest, hard-working folk.

On premises several different occasions. Very professional, very courteous, did the jobs to my satisfaction and gave answers to all my questions. I would recommend their services.

Everything was very good. They had to take out a few bricks to get to the piping. They had to reset it and weld it in for me and they made sure that there was no leaking inside the house as well. He gave me low cost options after the work.
