"Thank you for leaving this great review. We appreciate your business."
"Thank you for always choosing Chris' Plumbing! We really appreciate you being a loyal customers."
"Awe, Thank you! We are fortunate to serve great customers like you!"
then they knew for sure it was the drain they then demolished the tile shower for me so they could replace the drain pan.
the water damage was extensive so I had to have contractors come in a fix the wood frame and extract the moldy walls and repair them then Chris plumbing ( Jeremy ) came back and put in a new drain pan ...
everything went well, they did an awesome job, my only complaint was that when they used their wet dry vac to suck
up all the little concrete and tile pieces the vac sprayed it out the back of the vacuum into the air, my bathroom was a complete cloud of dust for days!! and they did not clean it up..my walls and sinks and jetted tub are filthy..if i could add a picture to show it I would.. other than them not cleaning up after wards i have no complaints, as a matter of fact I am, getting ready to call them for another job I need them to do for me..
"Thank you so much!. We strive to provide excellent service to all of our customers & are glad to hear you were satisfied with your experience. I do want to apologize for the shop vac. We can't leave the paper particle filter in the units. They get wet, moldy, & smell like sewage when we leave them in. The smell is horrendous! We have talked to the plumbers and are trying to find other ways to control the dust. Again, thank you for your wonderful feedback!"
"Thank you for your wonderful review and your business since 2012. As a company, happy repeat customers are our goal!"
"Thank you for the wonderful review. We are always pleased to get the positive feedback from our customers."
"Thank you for the wonderful review, we are always glad to hear when our customers have had a pleasant experience."
"Thank you for the positive feedback, and for your continued business with us. We look forward to serving you in the future."
"We are glad that the issue got resolved and that we could help with the leaking faucet and we look forward to serving you for any future needs."
"Thank you for your positive review, we are always pleased to hear that you are satisfied with the work that was done."
"We told the customer, what sometimes causes a reoccurring clogged line and what it takes to fix those problems when they occur. Luckily we found that we could unclog the line just by cabling it. We were not trying to scare the customer, simply just informing him of the possibilities and options available in the future. We do not understand why our score was an F if the job was completed on time, at a good rate and solved the issue at the time of service."
"Thank you for taking the time to give us this wonderful review."
I explained what I had and was told the parts for my hot water tank would cost as much as a new tank. The GE tank I had was considered a "throw away tank". The tank I agreed to and they brought out can be worked on and they haven't ever had problems with it before. ($450)
Service man drained the tank, disconnected the softener, removed and replaced the tank, reconnecting the softener. He advised me of a sensor that can be added for $150 that can detect if the tank begins to leak, an alarm will go off and automatically shuts off more water from coming into the tank. In my opinion, it is worth it, if it works.
The service man was completely professional, kind and explained every single thing he was doing.
I can't remember how long it took him to complete the job. The service charge was $297.50.
After the cost of the tank, flood stop, and a bunch of other little things along with labor?it came to $1072.25.
I did not expect it to be so pricey, but when you live alone and aren't from here to know of a reputable contractor?I feel like I can call on them for any other issues I may have in the future.
It's called piece of mind.
"Thank you for your great review. We strive to do repairs properly, with great products. We are glad you trusted us with your repair needs. We welcome you to the area and hope you love it here."
"Thank you for this great review. Repeat customers are awesome!"
"We are sorry you didn't like the prices we gave you. Our Tech found a couple of different problems with this water heater. He gave you two different options for fixing the problems. We can't imagine you found a Licensed Plumbing Co. that charged less than half of our estimate."
"Thank you so much for your positive review. We are always glad to know that our customers are happy with our work."
appeared to know what he was doing really well. My one and only complaint, albeit minor, is
that he used a really expensive type of pipe for the drain when I think more economical
alternatives were available. This pipe (PEX) was an extra $200. By no means the
end of the world. I am really happy with the work completed and everything is
working well.
"Thank you for the positive review, we are always happy to hear our customers were satisfied with our work."
Chris remained inside while his associate did the outside search for main water valve, they were in constant communication.
The problem I had was minor and it was repaired immediately.
Chris will always be my go-to-plumber for any of his services.
"Thank you very much for your positive review, we always enjoy good feedback from our customers."
"Thank you for the great review. We are so glad we could make this simple repair for you. Have a wonderful week!"
"I'm sorry that you were not happy with our service. After looking up your invoice, it looks like we charged you 108.25. We cabled and flushed several times while there to make sure everything is running good. Luckily we were still there and were able to resolve the problem during the time of the service call. If there was any problems after we left, you never called to let us know. It seems a little unfair to give a bad review after five months without calling to see if the problem could be resolved."
This morning, Jeremy called to let us know he was on his way. He asked if it was okay if he showed up a little early, which we liked. When he arrived, the water was shut off and the water valve for the ice maker was replaced. Then, even though it was sprinkling outside, Jeremy replaced the two outside faucets. The water was turned back on and all work was checked for leaks. Everything was done efficiently and with courtesy. We have used Chris' plumbing to replace our water heater in the past and would use them again. We appreciate their down to earth advise and help. We used our Angie's List coupon. Thanks Chris' Plumbing and Jeremy for a job well done!
"We are very happy to have you as a customer. Thank you for the wonderful review!"
"Thank you for taking the time to review us. We are glad we were able to resolve your clogging issue. We are also sorry for any inconvenience our lack of communication may have caused on this day. We do try to keep in touch with our customers by calling when we are on the way and letting them know if we are running late or if something major has change our schedule and we won't be able to make it. I am not sure what went on this day. But, you are right we should have called."
