 + -1 moreCastlemont cares nothing about the neighborhood it builds homes in. If you want to deal with trash, rude workers, and now the loudest air conditioner they could probably install, you will have quiet a journey with Castlemont. When asking the owner of Castlemont to manage the trash and the rudeness of their workers, he simply said they are independent contractors and he had no control of what they did. As a final nail in the coffin to all established homes around their latest build in SugarTree, the company has installed the loudest Carrier air conditioning unit apparently they could find. Three sets of neighbors have now complained to no avail. As a punctuation, all three homes around the house they built went up for sale because of the build, the loss of privacy in their thoughtless design. IF YOU WANT A NIGHTMARE, CHOOSE CASTLEMONT.
