BROWN HEATING AND A/C

Installed a larger air duct in one office. Told us we needed to replace another unit as it was "very old"-their words. The unit was built in 2007 and did not need to be replaced. It seems like everything we have had them do in the past few months has had to be done twice. It turns out that simply putting a larger vent was not a complete fix for the one office, it also needed a larger return air vent. The unit they said needed to be replaced does not need to be replaced, it was never installed properly (by them) in the first place. It needs a large back-flow section to the unit as well as the unit raised, and the drains cleaned out.

I have been using them for about 30 years and they are very efficient. They come when you need them and come when you don't; they come out and check everything whether you need them or not. They are pretty thorough and I will use them again in the future. They are very good people to work with.

The salesperson that came out explained everything perfectly and in very good detail. When the crew had made some installation mistakes, the person that was out to the house to sell the unit and service to us, was right on top of it and had them correct it promptly.

I would never recommend them to anyone. Out of all of the companies, I had to call them three times before they came out and he charged me and didn t do anything. I was very upset with them and I think they were terrible.

THIS WAS OVERALL THE BEST HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY I'VE COME ACROSS IN YEARS. THE WORK WAS FANTASTIC. THE PRICE WAS NOT OUTRAGEOUS. AND IT WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
