Binion does a great job. The area was really hard to reach as there's not much room, yet they did the work quickly and competently. Since I discovered these folks, they're my go-to plumbers. Highly recommend.

We have been using them for probably a decade and anytime we have a plumbing problem we use them.  They are reputable and honest and excellent at what they do.

I have used Binion Plumbing. He will tell you when he will be there and he is always there on time, they do the job and they are gone. He is certain to come if I have a problem. I have used him and he is just efficient and does good work. There maybe cheaper ones but his reliability is worth more than the few dollars. I think if you shop around you can get it cheaper. It was for a hot water heater and you know the rates.

Mark Binion was very accommodating and professional.  He had the leak repaired and my household returned to normal several hours sooner than anticipated and at a very reasonable cost.

They installed the bath/shower and toilet in the large bath room on the first day it took them from about 8 am to 4pm.  They cleaned up and hauled all the trash.  On the second day they installed the toilet in the second bath but we had to wait to install the shower stall due to Home Depot delivering the wrong size.  The came back on the 27th of Oct. to install the shower and had to remove almost all of the drywall to get it in.  It is going to cost me several hundred dollars just to repair the drywall they removed in both o the bathrooms.  They did do a great job with the installations though they look great and once the drywall is epaired the bathrooms will look wonderful.

Mark and his guys are the best. I have used them for 9 years and have never been disappointed. Another company wanted to charge me  $2675 (to fix a broken sewer line + 288.75 to reset 2 toilets) Binion came out and did the same job for $396.68. They are very prompt and do not do unnecessary repairs.  The only negative is they do not work nights or weekends.

All went very well.  My call was returned very quickly and less than 3 hours after the call, all was fixed.  He was very professional and I would highly recommend Binion Plumbing.

Although I do much of the maintenance around my house, we let Binion Plumbing replace a water heater because we also needed a shut-off valve installed.  I can do minor plumbing, but prefer professionals do larger jobs that require such things as soldering and sweating in copper pipes.  This is the second water heater Binion has installed for me.  The first one was in July, 2012.  They are not cheap, but they are professional.  My wife loves them because of their professional demeanor and the fact that they do not leave a mess.  The installation today was performed when the weather was cold and rainy.  We live in the country with no concrete drive or sidewalk and my wife said they left no evidence of the mud, leaves, etc. from outside.

My son called me at work and told me our 24 year old water heater, which is located in the garage, was leaking.  I called Binion's and was asked how bad it was leaking and I told him I wasn't at home so I really didn't know.  He said he didn't have time that day to fix it but he would come by and shut it off.  We wouldn't have hot water in the kitchen but that was OK with me.  He came by and shut it off and replaced the water heater the next day.
Binion's was recommended to me by a co-worker.  I started using them before I became an Angie's List member.  They have always responded promptly and they are honest.  I have used them on several occasions and I have been happy with their service.

Mainly complained about others work

BINION PLUMBING has reasonable prices. They have an excellent demeanor.

Had been using them since 1997. Called them to work on an investment house i(n 2009) de-winterizing it. After they finished they said everything was up & running.
  Had the house inspected for a sale a couple months later & discovered a bathroom shower valve (hot water) wasn't working properly (not necessarily their fault). They came out & tried fixing the valve. I paid over $400 thinking it was fixed but it wasn't. They didn't return my calls & left me hanging over the weekend. I had to hire someone else to fix the problem ($700) because I was closing for a sale that Monday. Owner (Binion) basically said tough luck, no refund, no credit. No apology, no nothing. They treated me unfairly even after being a client for 12 years. 
  Their prices used to be good but now they are like everyone elses. If you have a problem off hours (late) or on the weekend (INCL SATURDAY!), forget it; they don't work. I'll admit they are prompt during working hours & generally do a good job.

Everything was great. I had no problem with them. The workers were good. They did what they said they would do. They came out and took care of the water softener.

I requested the service for elderly mother in another town that has this plumber listed on Angie's list. I was not on site but my mother was pleased with the work performed. This was same day service. The answering service they use is not as professional but once the message was received, the plumber called me back quickly. This was a routine small plumbing project and the cost was fair.

The water heater element was burned out and leaking water. He responded the same morning I called and replaced the element.

I called him and he came to look at it for me. He said the easiest way to fix the problem is to put a cap at the end of it, so he did that, which took care of the problem.

They are excellent. I would use them again and again.
