We have them perform system maintenance twice yearly. They contact us when it is time, saving us the effort. Workers always show up on time, are professional and very knowledgable. This last time we approve blower cleaning, which is needed periodcally.

After calling Aireserv and setting up an appointment, I got a text of my appointment time. Prior to the visit, I had a text of the serviceman picture and that he was coming over. I had two appointments and they requested to come earlier than the appointment time which was fine with me. The first visit was to add refrigerant to my system which worked great, but obviously I had a leak in my system. They scheduled a new appointment for a leak check a couple of weeks later. The leak was obviously small since I had cooling for two weeks. With a sniffer, a small leak was found around the coil in the air handler. The coil showed rust after 12 years of use. The service guys were okay with me tagging along and asking questions. They were very professional and answered all my questions. After the leak check, I was given options on plans for a future service: 1) Perform extensive Leak Check with Nitrogen to isolate the leak, 2) Replace the coil, or 3) Wait until the refrigerant leaks out. I decided on #3, but I will plan on replacing coil in the near future. I highly recommend Aireserv.
