+ -1 moreThe company was selected from the insurance provider list so the amount paid is only the our portion. The total cost is not known. A call to the company was returned quickly and a date for the work set meeting my needs. As is normally done with a windshield replacement, the service person came to the location of the car. He called ahead to give a expected time of arrival, which was met. Work on the windshield began immediately and finished in very short order, including the transfer of the car registration sticker and the inspection sticker. We had called the Texas Toll Road Authority and asked how to manage their sticker, so it was removed for destruction, since there would soon be a new one in the mail.
Description of Work: Removed cracked wind shield and put in a new one

Description of Work: Advanced Glass came out and bid on some replacement glass for windows. I gave them a $70 down payment. They then came back with a supervisor and said they could not simply replace the glass but would have to replace the entire window. I felt uncomfortable with the fact that they seemed unsure of what to do so I told them I would wait. I asked for my down payment back. After 1 1/2 years I still have never have my down payment refunded. I have called repeatedly and always told that the owner/bookkeeper was out and would send it the next day...etc. This happened at least 3 time. I sent my husband out there to pick up a piece of replacement for something else so got a $27 piece of glass out of it. Would not recommend them.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS VERY PUNCTUAL IN REPLYING TO MY CALL. THEY DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY POLITE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY REPLACED THE WINDSHIELD ON MY CAR. THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE WITHIN 2 HOURS OF CALLING THEM. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB TAKING THE OLD WINDSHIELD OUT AND PUTTING THE NEW WINDSHIELD IN.

Description of Work: I HAD GLASS CUT INTO 1 1/2' SQUARES. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A LITTLE JOB THEY GOT TO IT RIGHT AWAY, EVEN BEFORE IT WAS PROMISED.
