Rich went above and far beyond what we thought we would get. My husband and I will definitely recommend him for any and all future jobs to friends! We love our custom shed. Very sturdy and good looking shed.

The frame of the building was 37.5 feet X 52.5 feet, 25 feet tall at ridge.  Frame was from oil field drill stem.  Kind of close to square, he did a very good job working around my imperfections and  modifying where necessary.  This guy was outstanding

The job has gone extremely well.  Rich, the owner of A & R has met or exceeded all the agreed services of the contract.  We requested some additions which he did and he is extremely quality driven.  Some of the panels were not up to his specification and he contacted the supplier who came out and provided an adjustment.  It was strictly cosmetic but provided a discount.  The quote given for the cost of the slab/concrete work was less than the quote he provided and Rich lowered that cost and provided the discount.  Rich is highly driven and motivated and that speaks volumes.  The job may not be completed as soon as other companies which have full crews, Rich does everything on his own so it takes a little longer.  With that being the only downside - I would highly recommend contacting A & R buildings if you want a quality building at a reasonable price with a definite seal of approval at the completion.  I contacted 6 different companies and very glad we chose A & R metal buildings to meet our needs.

Rich responded promptly on estimate and expected scheduling time. Arranged all steps of project, showed up on time. He completed on time and within the estimated cost. He did an excellent job. Don't waste time with others. Just call Rich, schedule your project and get it done in a timely manner.

Rich was awesome. He gave a fair estimate and completion date. He was upfront with any possible problems and we worked them out before proceeding. I've recomended him to several family members and friends.
