My dog is old and has hip problems. The technician was great with my dog. She took her time and realized when my dog was getting tired. Very punctual, professional and at a great price.

They did a very nice job!

I have been using 4 paws and a tail for a few years and have referred several neighbors who use them regularly. I love the convenience and usually they did a great job. However, they have become so busy that I can no longer schedule an appointment unless it is 2-3 weeks in advance! I think most of their clients now have a recurring appointment on a regular basis, and that is what you need if you want service. Its too bad that I will have to find another groomer now :( My schedule does not allow me to call a month in advance for service. I think that is unreasonable anyway.

This is definitely a top notch business and I will use them again.  Their grooming vans are totally self-contained and geared to the comfort and safety of animals being groomed.  Jamie, the pet groomer for my appointment, was excellent.  I am so pleased to have found such a wonderful business to groom my dogs here at home...they are happy and so am I!

Came to our home and groomed three large dogs, one being a Aussie with long hair. Trimmed him up and all three felt like velvet. Nails, hair plus undercoats groomed while they were still here on the property. I could just tell they felt better. When you factor in the convenience factor it was well worth the price. That price included tax and our dogs were big, 65 pounds, 63 pounds and one at 48 pounds. I will use them again.

The sitter was outstanding in punctuality, concern and communication. I received daily text updates as well as a written report. They also collected the mail for me. Very reliable. I will definitely use them again.

Great! Becky was very good with my dog, who took to her immediately! She is the first groomer to trim Lance that has not given him razor burn, and he looks trim and neat, too!
The regular bath and groom will be around $65 for my 85 lb, active dog after this initial cut. She drove up in her van (on time!), let me come to see Lance get started with her, then let me go my way while they got going on his cut. Everything is self contained in her van; no hooking up to my water or electricity even. There's air conditioning and heating built in. Lance is completely taken with her; they even played catch afterward!
Great experience all around; I HIGHLY recommend this service and so does Lance!

Everything went great! Really appreciate that she came to the house and performed the services here and my dogs did not have to go into a kennel and wait all day!

My husband was having surgery and I didn't want to worry about our precious pups. Becky and Marion came to our home to meet our three dogs and it was love at first meeting. They obviously love animals and were very professional in every way. Marion was our assigned sitter and she was marvelous! After each visit she sent a text letting us know how it went and left us a report card at the end. On Christmas Eve we had to go to the Emergency Room and I called Marion to see if she could be on call in case we were gone a while. She assured us she would be and we texted her when we saw we wouldn't be home for dinner. She was such a dear and took so much of the stress off our plate during an otherwise stressful day - and it was Christmas Eve! She brings in the mail, plays with the dogs, and generally takes care of everything we need. We will use this service over and over again and recommend them highly!

All animals were very happy and healthy when we arrived back home.

Dos: Do book this company as far ahead of time that you will need them, as you can. Leave
ample amounts of food and meds. as needed. Leave vets. ph. no. also.
Unless you're a breeder, spay/neuter your pet(s) in case they happen to dart out while
being tended to. It can happen! Consider chipping your loved pet(s) also. That can highly
enhance your getting the lil critters back to you. This above has nothing to do with this pet
sitting service....it's just something you should do!
Don't: Procrastinate in booking this company. (Or, doing above suggestions!! ). Our experience
with this company was positive. Others will feel the same way, and they'll get booked.
We will use them again.

My husband was very reluctant to have anyone watch our cats and kittens while we were out of town for the holiday. He felt comfortable with Becky immediately, especially since our rather shy kittens came out to meet her at our first meeting. I liked that she provided references and that she is bonded and insured. She was very accommodating of our work schedules when setting up times to meet.
We will definitely use 4 Paws and a Tail when we go out of town again!

They come to my house once a day to let my dogs out and feed them as well as my cat and guinea pig. They bring my mail in and will come as many times a day as you need them to. They are getting ready to begin doing mobile animal grooming.
