Waxahachie Shower Doors

The installation seemed to go uneventfully.  We noticed there was a dirty film on both sides of the glass panels which was not easily removed despite repeated attempts using various window cleaners.  After finally getting the film mostly wiped off after 4 cleanings, we noted that there was a very small chip in one of the glass panels at adult shoulder height and our children are nowhere near tall enough to reach the area where the chip is located.
We called Waxahachie to ask if they had a glass repair kit (or something like auto dealers use for wind shield chips) and were told that there was no such kit available.  When we asked about a replacement shower panel (as we have had the shower door less than a month), we were told that if we wanted to purchase a new glass shower panel, it would cost us $216.50, but that they would not replace it for free since this was not noticed by anyone at the time of installation but was noticed a month later after having been used.  They apologized for the inconvenience or problem and that was it.

I had several businesses come out and give me a quote for their services and after meeting with each I selected Waxahachie Shower Doors to do the job.  Greg and his son showed up on time and finished the job within the times estimated for a reasonable price for the number of windows replaced.  Excellent job… very pleased.

Greg came by on time, measured the window, did some calculations and determined the price and timing as to when it would be ready. I've had an estimate a few years ago and that company stated I would have to replace a minimum of 3 windows, anything less would result in a $200 additional fee. I didn't have purchase a minimum of 3 windows and there was no $200 additional fee for not replacing at least 3 windows. The price of replacing the one window I need from the previous estimate was three times more than the price Greg gave me. I immediately said yes to the price. About 10 days later it was installed at 9 A.M. I'm delighted.
