Bath Remodel. Done well

Ceiling Leak in main bathroom. Gabriel, project manager, came out, crawled in small attic space, found leak. Climbed on roof, took pictures of what needed to be replaced/repaired on roof. All fixed, rain started today & no leak. Will be using Vera roofing & Construction for remodeling, have old house.

Can not say enough how much this company impressed me. I had to wait a year to post this review because I wanted to make sure that the new roof they installed had no issue, and it has not so far. I had 5 estimates before choosing Vera. They were the lowest price of the 5 estimates and gave incredible work and attention to detail. If I could give them 6 stars I would. I have told all my family and friends to use them. I have decided to use them to do some other work inside my house. Joey was the best employee that I have dealt with so far. Very professional and responsible for supervising the work throughout the whole process. He gained all the points when there was a small issue and the way he handled the situation. Rare to find nowadays. Great job guys. Keep up the hard work. I will see you soon this summer.

Joey's crew showed up and did a fantastic job replacing my roof shingles. His me were very courteous and respectful. roof looks amazing when it was completed. they finished in less than a day and they cleaned up was immaculate.

Nick was very professional, prompt with texts and emails at every stage of the process and so personable and friendly. He's a great asset for Vera. If not for him I probably would have given up on the insurance company after being initially turned down, and I'm glad that I didn't because now I have a new roof.

My momâ s house had a water pipe burst in her kitchen which caused cabinet, flooring and sheet rock damage. Upon calling Joey he came out to her home the following day to take pictures. He explained to use how the filing a claim would go and made sure my mom got everything taken care of that her insurance adjuster didnâ t file. My mom has been in her home for 50 years with no major upgrades. Joey came back out with his coworker George and explained to me how they were going to give her a new kitchen, den and living room that she deserved. Since sheâ s up in age he made sure that her insurance provided her a place to stay while the work was being done. They said a 2 week project but they finished in 10 days. Joey helped pick out colors, cabinets, flooring and new countertops. Upon returning home Joey, George and their team went above and beyond what we were expecting. After 50 years in a home she fills like sheâ s in a new home again and she hasnâ t stop smiling and calling everyone to let them know about how proud she is about the work that was done. Thanks Joey and team, she now says that you all are her children to now. LOL!!! We Highly Recommendâ ¦. Thanks Again

Very Professional

Gabriel was recommended by a neighbor. He reviewed our roof a year ago after storms and said it was still okay. This year after more storms our insurance co sent an inspector who deemed it time to replace the roof. Gabriel was my first call. He has been honest, prompt and courteous. His team did a great new roof install on time and on budget. We highly recommend Vera.

Gabriel Florez was quick to provide a bid and worked us in in less than a week when most companies were 5 to 6 weeks out. His bid and bill were the same with no hidden charges. He gave us a bid on the upgraded lifetime shingles and another bid from a competitor was for a 25 year shingle at a higher price than Mr. Florez's quote. M. Florez was here to inspect the work as the roof was being installed and came back after the roof was completed to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Mr. Florez also provided information for a suplemental claim due to water damage from the roof leaking. The crew install my roof in less that one day! In about 6 hours they finished, cleaned the grounds, and used magnets to sweep the grounds for nails. Great Job Vera Constuctiuon and Mr. Gabriel.

They replaced our roof after hailstorm. Joey worked with the insurance to make sure all damage is included and he stopped by our house many times in the process to keep us updated and attend to every request we had. He worked around our busy schedules to make sure the the replacement work does not interfere with our meetings etc. Everything was handled professionally. The new roof looks great. We will certainly use them again.

After viewing all the positive reviews from I selected Vera Roofing aind Construction previous customers. Oscar called immediately and then came out to see my roof and gave his advice on the state of my roof. I called my insurance on his advice and filed a claim. The insurance then sent an adjuster to inspect my roof. Oscar came and together they inspected my roof. Claim was passed to insurance company and was approved, however Oscar returned and found further damage and we filed an extended claim and it was approved. The work began with Oscar stopping by and steadily taking pictures of the progress. Job was completed and work was exceptional. On New Years day we noticed a small drip in our main bathroom. I immediately called Oscar. He was in Georgia for the holidays but he immediately contacted the office and they sent Cowboy Joey to inspect my leak. Later it was stopped temporarily. The following week Oscar returned and came to my home to inspect the damage. He immediately had a repair crew come and repair the damage which was not an issue with their work but a problem with rotted wood on my chimney. Leak was fixed permanently at no cost to me. I highly recommend Vera Roofing and Construction for all your needs. Extremely satisfied with their work and customer service.
