Roberta L.
Nov 2020
They planted at 6 inch Chinese Pistache in January 2020. Spring 2020 only half of the Pistache bloomed. We spent 6 months discussing how to handle it with them. We offered to pay half the cost of a replacement since they argued that in five years the pistache would grow over the dead half. The agreed to give us a proposal to replace the tree, but when planting season came in the fall of 2020, they stopped responding to calls and emails. No proposal and no action. We have moved on to more reputable tree service firms to handle that tree, but wanted to warn others that Texas Tree Farms does not honor their guarantees.
