Chad (owner) was quick and responsive coming out to do a system tune up on both my upstairs and downstairs units and add R22. Prices were fair and follow up was great. He even came back out to follow up and ensure everything was working 5 days later, found a small vibration and corrected no charge. Would hire again if the needs ever arose. Thanks Chad!

Chad was very prompt. He was very patient in explaining to me what was wrong with my AC. He was honest and laid out what my options were to getting it fixed. We ended up getting it replaced and he worked with me at answering all my questions. I am thrilled to find such an honest, hard working and caring ac contractor and highly recommend him for your central hvac needs.

A/C was not working. Chad came out promptly and offered a cheaper solution than I had expected. The work was completed promptly and the problem was solved with no further issues. GREAT. Chad has made three service calls to my house for my AC and has been quick to respond and come out, as well as the best on price from my experience. My first service call was to replace an inside coil, and he easily beat the competition. I dealt with two companies who blew me off and left me and my kids without AC for weeks until I found Shirley Heating and Air, and he had us cooling again within a couple days (that includes having to order me a new coil and it to come in). Another issue arose and he came out the same night, fixed it on the spot (unrelated to the previous issue), and all was good. My tenants later had a problem, which was once again a same-day fix. He's friendly, fast, and is very reasonable on price.
