Provider was very punctual, and performed service quickly and efficiently.

The Techs, Casey and Alex, did a professional job and this included adding a drier, encasing the compressor control wire in conduit, and bolting the compressor to the concrete pad (to prevent theft).    They installed a switch where I could turn off one heating element in the furnace, to help more evenly balance the heating during times of relatively mild winter weather and installed a damper to reduce output to one room.
New system is much quieter than old unit and we calculated its a/c operating cost at 23 cents an hour- perhaps half of the old unit's cost.  Better installation than the original unit put in by the builder.   O Daniel Air added an additional two year labor warranty at no additional cost. on the system.

All we can say is WOW.  This was a filthy job, but Jason Burton and Robert Morgan provided professional, courteous and fast repair.  Most importantly, they were concerned with our satisfaction with their work.  Such fantastic business ethics is rare!   

We have a 111 year old pier and beam house.  Because it is pier and beam, most of our duct work is under the house.  From age and wild animals, some of our duct work was completely missing or had huge holes in it.   We tried several sources (some on Angie's List) and most would not return our calls, refused to come out or wanted hundreds for ESTIMATES. 

We were guided to this outstanding company by another HVAC company because "O'Daniel Air is the company to call for duct work repair."   With one call they were out the same day and were prepared to perform the work then.  Because we had another project going on we them to return the next day to do the work.  They cheerfully and respectfully understood and came the next day.

Consumer's should feel confident in using them!  They are a fantastic company!  Thank you Billy O'Daniel, Jason and Robert!
