We set up the appointment after a couple of calls back and forth. He called before the appointment and then came. He performed the services I requested and I then asked about the blades if they needed sharpening. He said, they were good. All in all, I would call him again if I needed service for my mower.

He drove to my home and repaired my lawn mower. He was on time and was very courteous. He should really charge more money than he does. I will use him again. In the past, I have paid at least $20 more than this. It was so nice to have him repair my mower at my home. No hauling it and picking it up.

I spoke to Tom (Bailey) the day before he said he would come to my home to look at the mower. I was having trouble with my walk-behind mower. He called a half hour before he arrived to say he was on his way. He examined the mower and decided the carburetor needed cleaning and parts. He repaired the mower within the hour he was here.
Tom is dependable in my opinion, and knows how to repair small engines. He doesn't work on 2 stroke engines, but mowers and trimmers with 4 stroke engines. We were very happy with his service all around.
