The free estimate was great, and during the solicitation of the quote, they were good at communicating. Suddenly they disappeared. Suddenly, without communicating, the job was done. The individual I was in contact with didn't know that the work was completed, so we finally talked about payment. After payment, I have been trying for over 3 months to get a receipt for the service to no luck via phone call and text. We've had our first big rain, and I noticed 3 downspouts not draining any water, one gutter overflowing with water, and another downspout pushing out water in the middle of the pipe, onto the side of our house. I've taken videos and notified the two company numbers I've had, but I'm still waiting for a response. They still haven't given me a receipt for the work they did, so I'm not hopeful about this either.

They installed gutter guards in June incoorrectly and when I notified them that they were installed incorrectly and visibley beginning to pop up they refused to repair them as per there written warrenty. They have twice said they would come out and make the necassary repairs but I have been stood up twice they claim to stand behind thieir but they do not.

The consultation and installation process were a breeze, they did great work, and everything looks fantastic. However, because of a weird cutout we have in our roof around our back patio, we needed one unusual downspout that terminates on the patio, at the top of a long, sloped flagstone walkway that runs along the outside of our garage. We asked them to run the downspout all the way down the walkway to the alley (so that water wouldn't seep into our foundation as it ran all the way down the side of the garage). Instead, they terminated the downspout at the top of the walkway, right up against the house, so that water comes out of the spout pointed directly at the foundation--i.e., exactly what we wanted to avoid. I made the rookie mistake of paying in full, and just asking that they make it back out to add the additional 20 feet of downspout as soon as they could, which they promised to do. That was almost 5 months, 15 text messages, and 7 or 8 phone calls ago. They've started to just ignore me altogether. Pretty disappointing ending for an otherwise excellent job.

Salesman showed up and did estimate in August, Have yet to see anyone to perform the work. I hear from the salesman about once a month saying they will be out in a week or two every time, work still has not been performed.

Installed gutters on 2 sides of home, rerouted a couple of downspouts and added 2 downspouts. He was very knowledgeable as to how my downspouts should be set up as far as the drainage and made suggestions that I wouldn’t have thought of. Very knowledgeable! His name was Jimmy!

The front of our house requires gutters coming down from the 2nd story right in the front middle. Metroplex gutters came up with a couple modifications so that it would look really nice and I am so pleased with the results. So far with the abundance of rain they seem to be draining correctly and we are glad we got this done.

5/12: Received email that "he would go by there this afternoon and it will be emailed to you".
5/13:  Received email "He just did your gutter cleaning estimate and I have sent it to your email. Please let me know if you have any issues with receiving it."
5/13:  Received quote
5/14:  Requested service be scheduled
5/14:  Was informed there was an opening that afternoon (5/14) at 3:30. So I scheduled the time. Received an email 1.5 hours before the service that they were running behind and couldn't make it today. They offered to come on 5/15 at 2:00pm instead. I agreed
5/15:  Emailed to confirm 2:00pm appointment at 11:30am. No response
5/15:  Emailed again to confirm at 12:30. No response
515:  Send email at 3:30 (1 hour after appt. time still with no response from vendor) to cancel order since I had now wasted 2 afternoons waiting and due to no response at all today.
5:/15:  Received this reply 5 minutes later copied directly from their email:  " You know What that is fine i have been on a ladder all morning fighting the this f#;&,'king rain all morning risking my life and lively hood sorry i couldn't just drop what i was doing and answer you call or email i am not a servent to my phone. Have a good day"
