Description of Work: 1. Contact phone number for Gleason Design Group is 972-937-2841. 2. I hired James Gleason to design and build my home. James Gleason is a licensed architect in Texas. 3. Neither Mr. Gleason nor the builder that he hired properly supervised the people they hired to do the actual work. The builder told me later that he was not allowed to intervene. I can not prove the last statement. 4. The foundation was not constructed correctly. I made it understood from the beginning that funds were available to employ the experts needed to design the foundation which is an unusual foundation in Texas. 5. The faucets in our kitchen were the wrong size and I had to replace them at a cost of several hundred dollars. 6. I corrected the shoddy installation of the door latch strike plates. 7. Mr. Gleason has broken no law. It is my fault that I put so much trust in another human being. 8. If the reader lives in the North Central Texas area and presents proper identification, I am willing to show you my home should you be considering employing Gleason Design Group.
