It was pretty much a nightmare. First he put the wrong roof on the house, and kept saying he would change it to the correct roof, but he ended up bailing on us before we could get him to do it. He also did a very poor job on the inside of house with taping, bedding, and paint. He also didn't finish anything out. When he installed the AC he didn't hook some condensation hose up and when we turned the AC on, water leaked under the bathroom sink. We keep finding things he either did wrong or didn't do at all. When we refused to give in to his demands for more money, he just walked away with work he had been paid for undone. We had to hire someone else to finish and then yet a third person to fix his shoddy work inside. Also, things kept disappearing from the work site, and we were always after him to clean up the work site. It was always filthy.
