Donna asked and listened to our needs and wants, then went above and beyond the call of duty to find the right home at a price we could afford. She took us to view homes she found, as well as those we asked to see (even on short notice!). There were no limits put to what areas we could request to see houses. Donna Knows the market inside and out and, unlike other agents we'd worked with, she was always available to answer our questions and it was clear she had our best interest at heart. her attention to detail and effort to get the best deal on the house we wanted for us was evident and very much appreciated.
To sum it up, from never ending house hunting (our choice) to making an offer, inspections and closing process, Donna's wonderful, fun attitude and professionalism never wavered. She never tired or stopped 'looking out for us' and going the extra mile to meet our needs either. Finding a 'dream' home and matching school for our senior teen (within our budget) was definitely NOT an easy task to accomplish yet, thanks to our amazingly patient and generous Coldwell Banker real estate agent, Donna Byers, we did! If this sounds like I'm gushing, it's probably because I am: We closed on our new home today!!!

She happened to be the only one who would respond to my call, and was also close to the area where I was needing a real estate agent. She was pretty good, and did what I asked her to do. The only thing that I was a little confused about was that I had to also pay for a title company, as well as the realtor. She was very professional and handled everything very well.

Their personal service is very professional and, since I am a cancer patient, they do everything they can to accommodate me so that I am not bothered when I don't have to be. I will use them again in the future.
