3/27 - Update. After a couple of weeks the grandmother clock started to experience some issues in the chiming sequence. Clockmasters suggested a complete sonic cleaning of the timing mechanism. They came out and removed it from the case, and it is now in for repair. They did credit some of the first repair to the cleaning cost, I will update again once it it put back in place.
4/24 - Update. after cleaning and a few adjustments, the clock was brought back and reinstalled. Looks bueatiful and is working like a champ. final price was as quoted. Nice to have it up and running properly.
