My old air conditioner was too small to cool my house so they gave me a bigger unit. I thought it was going to cost me a lot more than they actually charged. The air conditioner works great. I always call them if anything goes wrong and they fix the problems.

THEY WERE NOT AS PROMPT AS IN THE PAST. I WAS PARTICULARLY FRUSTRATED SINCE IT WAS A NEW UNIT. UNTIL THIS TIME, THEY WERE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND STAYED UNTIL THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED. THERE WAS NO CHARGE SINCE ALL WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
