The gentleman that arrived was very professional and courteous. I asked him if he came alone and he said yes because his co-worker did not come in that morning. He removed the old box light and put in the 2 pendents. He did a great job and I am very happy with the work. The only thing that I didn't like was that my estimate stated 1 1/2 hrs no more than 2 hrs at the most. Well since he was alone it took him 3 hrs so I was charged more.
