We were pleased with their services. It is the son who is now running the operation. It has been a family run business for years. His name is Bill as well like his father. He is a little slow, but the job gets done. He performed above average. He knows the equipment. If he says it would be ready in 10 days then it would be ready in 10 days, but we can't drop it and pick it up the next day. He is extremely busy from probably now to September and based on the climate. He has more than one person working in the shop and he is working by himself. If he had more people to help him with his business then it would have been good. He is reliable and does a good job. He knows his business. We never had a problem where we had to take something back because it wasn't repaired properly.
