Couldn't beat his price anywhere. Really affordable. He wasn't perfect at clean up, leaving a few drips on the floor.
We had some confusion over what he was painting. I kept asking how much it would be for him to add on this and that. In some cases I decided to have him do it and not in others. I thought he was painting all the stair rail risers and he didn't do it. The biggest thing was in the office, one of the last minute added on projects, stains and paint overlap lines show through the paint as if he only did one coat. But he has a 3 year guarantee and will come back to touch up furniture scrapes, etc... So hopefully, I can call him to come back sometime and fix the problems sometime.
