Randy Walker came out and was able to resolve the re-routing issue. Walker HVAC has always been real honest with us. They don't try to pull the wool over our eyes. They talk us through our options and what it costs to get them done. They have real integrity.

Randy saved us after we went through 13 repairs with Sunrise Electric and CAT Mechanical. On day 1, he evaluated and replaced the caps prior companies had off. He was fast, kind, diligent, and reasonable.

It's $75 for a general tune-up. They are reliable and honest.

He is wonderful. He is so honest; he gives you exactly what you need, he doesn't cheat you, he is not trying to get your business just to make a buck. He gives you an honest review of what you need and he goes out of his way to help you - he has come in at different hours to accommodate me. He's a wonderful person and the people that work for him has all being absolutely outstanding as well.

Randy Walker is one of the best hvac technicians I've worked with. I'm a property manager, and used Randy extensively for the past year and a half. Randy has always been exceedingly honest, trustworthy, and dependable. I never felt that he was trying to "upsell" repairs that weren't necessary - only recommended what really needed to be done. I've encountered so many hvac people that try to tell you to replace systems and/or do costly repairs that seemed questionable. Randy never tried to take advantage of a situation. I highly recommend Walker HVAC and will continue to use their services.

Randy was a little concerned about fitting the new coil into the existing space since it was a little larger than the one being replaced. The new coil went in just fine, the technicians arrived on time and completed the job in a resonable amout of time. I feel like the new coil is superior to the orginal since the AC seems to run less and the house seems less humid than it was prior to replacing the old coil.

He is terrific. I would highly recommend him to everybody who has heating and air conditioning problem. He has done a lot of work for my son. He is very professional. I have never felt that he is trying to advantage of anything. His price is reasonable. He is highly responsive. I called and left a message on the machine and he called me back in less than thirty minutes. He said he will come and he did come. His quality of work is excellent. I would use him in the future.

The price was okay I guess for a lower end efficiency unit. I found another price which I liked better and that is why I did not go with them. They did not explain things very well and they did not really go through and give me a thorough analysis of the house. There was not much interaction with them. They were very busy as many people were trying to get new units at that time.

They do a great job. The guy that I deal with has always been reliable and honest, and you get good work for a fair price. He’s really busy but his usually responsive.

Cory, the sales rep, was great. He explained everything in detail and left a bunch of materials behind for me to look at. I had the estimate the next day and while I ultimately chose to go with another company, I would highly recommend having Walker A/C do an estimate if you are planning work on your HVAC system.

We were very happy with their work. We have a convoluted air conditioning system and they knew exactly what to do. The serviceman was very pleasant and came exactly on time as agreed. He was knowledgeable and very professional. The price was excellent.
