Sharp Propane did contact me about the review. All phone conversations to Sharp Propane are recorded and their records of phone calls are very good.
I gave the opportunity to Sharp Propane to provide the success rate that I had on reaching someone on the first call, and their success rate at returning calls within one hour-to discount my claims. I do not see it include in the response.
