For most of the jobs, Lonnie had an assistant with him, Later, He no longer had him due to some poor work issues done by the assistant. ( I agree with Lonnie's decision).
My living room had 1970's wood paneling, every where.  plus water damage to one wall, once paneling was down and wall board replaced along the one wall, also did repairs around the one window where we found old termite damage done. The walls were textured, ceiling scraped of popcorn and redone with a orange peel effect. painted. (A large room with a vaulted ceiling). 
While most of that was going on, Lonnie's assist started work on garage that needed to have water damage repair in several places, walls scraped of old paint that was never applied correctly in first place and was falling off in huge chunks. Taping and bedding where new board was put up and the sill board replaced along one wall.  
I am a perfectionist when It comes to work being done.  After living room was done I found the base board was not correct and there was lacquer spattered over one wall and floor lamp. Lonnie came back out took care of it.
 I finished the garage with prepping it after Lonnie's assistant gave out.  I found one hole that had not been there before and was hastily filled with putty (large hole) it caved in when I tapped the location. I did a proper repair of that location as well.
I later had Lonnie come back out to actually paint the garage interior since I was still over whelmed with other stuff.
Another Item I had them work on was framing out my back porch into a sun room.  Lonnie knew a man who installed windows so we had him come out for the windows (13 of them) and a storm door for the entry/exit.  I also had them put insulation into ceiling and along top sides  that had to be framed out. Once the windows were in I had them put hardy board siding on exterior and paint the exterior. I finished the inside my self.  
Seems most of the problems I encountered was not with Lonnie but with his assist at the time. Lonnie guarantees his work, and He does work....
I have additional work for him but that will wait till 2014ish.  
The cost is for labor only and was estimate,  since He was in and out over the summer.  I paid for the supplies separate.
I was not in a huge hurry for what was being done and was not a bother for me since he had other jobs to work as well.

Ronnie and his helper, Pablo, arrived as schedule and completed the work perfectly - on time for the price he estimated.  They cleaned up and overall did a wonderful job.
