It went well. They ended up sending three workers and they did a good job. You need to know exactly what you want before they get there.

I was called and kept update on the arrival of the individuals doing the work. Once they arrived we walked the property and they began working. I was given options to consider that really made the area where the tree trimming was done look much better. Work was done in the allotted time frame. Tree's where taken away the area was cleaned. We will be utilizing their services to remove some tree stumps.

Hard to schedule- was told I'd be called by a rude staff. However when the workers arrived, went like a breeze. Did a decent job

Arrived on the day they said they would and took care of business in the manner I had requested. Very hot day and the guys worked hard. I'll likely have them back for other yard services.

Fabio (owner) provides personal hands-on service. He does a great job at design and implementation. Office support staff is available and attentive also. Fabio is extremely accessible for any questions.

Outstanding work done by the crew, came early and worked hard. Very impressed, would hire again in a heartbeat.

It went well. This was a huge job and it took about 3 weeks with the crew working even on weekends. The staff and crew were very nice and professional. The crew worked very hard! The end produce is wonderful.

After months and months of trying to address this growing issue I finally decided to discontinue their "service". I don't recommend these people unless all you want is mowing!!! Also don't expect them to respond to emails or text messages or even their website communication. They will ignore you if there are issues!!!!

This past year I've had to contact this company month after month explaining that the weeds are out of control this year. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They continually ignore emails, texts and even messages through their website. They leave a card on my door stating the service was done, but my yard has more weeds now than ever!!! I finally had enough and discontinued their service last week. There are loads of service companies - don't use these people unless you just want your lawn mowed!!!

They are just wonderful. That is the reason I have kept them so long.

I had a special concern about our turf taking off too early (lack of winter) and needed to make sure our mowing would be done within 3 days, they got it done successfully!

1) Ant treatment ($99 per treatment, once a year)  - Tried to get them to come out a week before Easter as kids would be in the backyard. They scheduled it incorrectly and didn't catch it until I kept calling/emailing. No service was done by Easter, or the week after. I contacted them again to see what's going on stating I still want the service to be done, but no response since then. As of this past weekend (about 1.5 months since initial contact) I did this treatment myself. Pros: 1 year guarantee on ants for $99. Cons: Never came out.
2) Yard Cleanup ($75/hour) - Called them to clean up the backyard for the overgrown rose bush and some dead plants. Came by, did an hour of work and also cleaned up the shrubs in front. There was confusion on what work the crew needed to do as it wasn't conveyed to them from whoever scheduled it. It was resolved with a couple of phone calls. Fair job.
3) Fertilizing - I started using them for fertilizing the lawn in 2014, and am using them agian for 2015. I must say, I'm impressed with how the grass is turning out. I would recommend this service. I only do their mimimum recommened service which is like 6-8 treatments all year. 
4) Lawn Mowing ($25 per visit)- I'm split on this. They come every 2 weeks, get the job completeld quickly. It's not the most detail oriented work performed as there are still some long grass that pokes out of the trimmed area (like around the bushes and trees) that I cut by hand. And then they were so in a rush last visit they they came later in the afternoon and had mud and grass flung onto my newly purchased car (which I had to then wash the next day). Overall Fair service
In general, I'm ok with all but the ant service. I can deal with some sloppiness, but the current major issue that is forcing me to look for a new service provider is that lack of communication. If you can't do a job, let me know so I can do it myself or find someone that can.

They did a basic mow job with no clean up.
