Went well.  This was the 2nd time I've used them.  They put the TV on my wall and hid the wires.

The lamp on my screen was going out.  Pro-Techs had the screen in stock and was able to replace it.

They were prompt and they did the job well.  They were fine.

I heard from Bill within an hour of pruchasing the voucher.  He was able to schedule an appointment to come out the nvery next day.  He arrived on time and immediately found and fixed the problem. Computer is working just great now and we know who to call should we ahve any computer issues in the future.

Bill & his staff were extremely professional and was able to perform the requested services. Were helpful in explaining windows 8 changes from windows 7.

Broke the screen on my iPad and found these guys on Google search. Popped in and spoke with the owner. He was really helpful and friendly. Quoted the repair just as advertised on the internet and offered to repair while I waited. A handful of customers came thru while I waited and all got the same friendly service. Great experience.

Everything worked out fine. What I like them was a lot have been fixed. I had a cooling fan that went out and it had to be replaced. They did the work correctly and my laptop was fixed. They were not responsive.

The owner was polite, helpful, answered all our questions, and did exactly what he promised when he promised it. We have had only the one experience but it was completely satisfactory. We will use this company again as we need work on computers and certainly at least consider them for hardware purchases in the future.

It was fair. It wasn't great. The price was okay. They fixed one out of the two. The one they could fix, the other one they charged me for but couldn't fix it. It later broke when they left.

I recently added high speed internet to my house. I was having a network problem and the internet provider (who shall remain namelss) was no help at all. I contacted Fast-teks (when you call them you get a national service and they put you in touch with the closest office) and they talked thru my problem on the phone. At that point I made an appointment for an On-site visit. They were able to get to me the same day and arrived exactly on time. The Tech was very professional and courteous. We went over the problem and he troubleshot my system down to the problem. I needed to install a new router to bring service to the rest of my house. In anticipation of this resolution he brought a couple of routers with him. The tech actually steered me towards the cheaper of the 2 models and had it up and running in no time. The total cost of the repair was also discounted for using angie's list. Excellent experience to a very frustrating problem.

We are pleased that we have someone on-call that can repair problems beyond our technical abilities.

A desk top computer, which I have owned for several years, has only been connected to the internet via a cabled network at my house.  Due to a recent house sale, and a move to another city, my wife and I found ourselves living in a temporary long stay hotel while we look to purchase a new home.  The hotel only offered internet service via a Wi-Fi network.  Our iPhones were able to correct to this wireless just fine, but the desk top computer was DOA (dead on arrival) when it came to connectivity.  Since this stay was going to be for 30 to 50 days, being with my main source to e-mail and internet connection was not an opinion.  Since we were staying in a city where I we did not know who to trust with this computer dilemma, we turned to Angie?s List.  We found a company about 15 minutes away, and although they only had a few reviews, they were all ?A? reviews. I called them on Monday morning and explained the problem.  We took the computer in to their shop.  The owner, Jason, examined the computer and explained it needed a wireless card to be able to connect to the Wi-Fi network.  They could purchase one and have it installed by early afternoon.  When I returned in the afternoon, they were just finishing the installation.  Jason had cleaned the inside of the case which was very dusty , and gave me a demo of the wireless network.
I took the computer back to the hotel later that afternoon and attempted to log on to the hotel?s Wi-Fi network.  I spent about 30 minutes with my limited network knowledge.  Although, the computer said it was connected to the hotel?s network, the inter browser and e-mail would not work.  We had to devote attention to house purchase issues ,so this task stayed unfinished until Wednesday.   On Wednesday morning, I again called Jason and explained the issue.  He spent about 30 minutes with me on the telephone trying various methods to solve the problem.  He asked me to bring the computer in to the shop, and he spent about 2 hours diagnosing and reinstalling the software installed on Monday.  All the time he was attempting to teach me about what was happening with this wireless system.  I cannot say all of what he tried to teach me penetrated my thick skull, but I did understand more of the process than before Monday.  Not only did he reconnect the wireless network, he installed a program to help keep my computer running more effectively.   When we were done Jason did not want any addition payment, but I insisted, since he had spent almost 3 additional hours on this project.  Even then he only charged me $20.00.
Upon my return to the hotel, using the knowledge Jason gave me, I was able to get the computer connected to the hotel?s Wi-Fi network and to access my email account.
