These guys are nice, courteous. They fix the problem. Prices are fine.  However, only if you can get ahold of someone. I've left messages over and over for this company because my gate has broken down three times in the past 6 months and no one responds. When I do get someone, they will say things like "I can come on Wednesday" and refuse to give you a time window. When they call me on Wednesday and i'm out *running the one vital quick errand i need to run that day and I can be home in 15 minutes!* they said they'd reschedule me for over a week later.  Maybe they treat me this way because I'm a woman? I dont know. It's happened more than once. But I'm a full time physician and I have two small kids. Sorry my schedule isn't wiiiiiiide open for ya. Lost my business.

Edit: I got a call from the company saying they attempted to call me many times but had a wrong number. I'm not sure if this is the case because i've only given them one number. Maybe there was some communication error.  I appreciate them following up and improved my score.

Highly recommend to AVOID from this company.   In August of 2014 they came to fix our gate - Kelly checked it and confidently insisted that there was an electrical problem with our old gate  - and that we needed to hire a licensed electrician to fix the electricity (he admits is NOT an electrician).  We hired Daniel Electric on Sept 2 2014 (a Southlake based certified electrician) to supposedly repair this electrical problem - (we have the report from them in hand) who found absolutely nothing wrong with the electricity, and was puzzled how anyone with even a basic knowledge of wiring or someone installing a gate could think something was wrong with the electrical connection in question.  After a $125 invoice from Daniel Electric and a written report from them - we made the mistake of engaging All Solar company again to install the brand new gate. ($1800.00)  Kelly refused to reduce the price of the new gate by the amount we unnecessarily had to pay the electrician. ($125.00)  Then 7 months later the gate stopped working.  We called All Solar for assistance - only to find hostility, unprofessional conduct, no follow up service, and a complete refusal to help us at all.  The reason stated by Kelly:  "you have an electrical problem" and "your wife gave a poor review on Angie list".  I had to contact the gate manufacturer for assistance.   Upon further investigation - it turns out All Solar had improperly installed the wiring in the gate control box mechanism with a spliced INDOOR extension cord , and a bunch of black electrical tape.  This in an outdoor unit !  in summary - from our direct experience and in our opinion - if you want a sloppy, jerry rigged installation, service problems, no followup, and a hostile attitude on top of it all - then use this company without hesitation.

We have used them for more than 10 years. We have not used anybody else, so I really cannot compare. They are ok. The last time I used them, I had a little issue. There was a problem with the gate and they said it was a electrical problem and not theirs. So I called the electrician and he said that there is no electrical problem and he charged 125$ for that. Later, I called All Solar Gate to explain the issue and asked them to speak to the electrician and sort it out. They spoke and told me that the issue is really complicated and it is beyond their means to fix it up. So, we had to spend another 1800$ to get a new gate installed. The gate was not too old, so I was not happy about it. Probably in the future we would not use them again. I would advice them to learn the electrical components. They were good in the past, but I wonder if the quality has gone down.

He was very courteous and professional.

I would recommend All Solar Gate Company to anyone needing repair to their electric gates.

The work was done on time, exactly as he described, and we couldn't be happier. I contacted him a week later for a small change I wanted done and he called right back and was out within a few days to take care of my request. I couldn't recommend him higher.

My gate would work, then not work or stop halfway. I thought I had a bad circuit board. Kelly came out
and figured out the problem immediately. He really knows his gates.
One of the wires to the motor had broken and was causing the motor to
short out. He rewired the activator arm and checked out all the
other connections and got it running in no time. It took him an hour
to get to my house from the previous job and he was here about 45
minutes and charged me a total of $110.00. The amount he charged me
seemed out the low side if you want my opinion. I'll never call
anyone else for my gate work in the future.

It was awesome!!! Fixed the dent in the gate and installed a new opener. He was on time and did exactly what he said he would do!!

I spoke to Kelly and his wife and they gave me enough information to test my gate components and realize I had either a bad circuit board or gate actuator(arm). I called him up and he came out the next day and quickly tested and diagnose a bad board (could see the burns on it) and he tested the actuator, solar panel , and battery ensuring they were good. He got the new board in and additionally he greased the actuator ,spliced the cut wire to the solar panel , programmed my remote , raised the gate( was too low and hitting obstruction), and gave me a bolt to hold arm to gate. Well worth the $85 service call plus the cost of the board to have someone knowledgable fix my gate!!! I'll call him anytime I need gate help again.

We can't believe we waited so long to have this done! The finished product looks great and is saving us a lot of time hopping in and out of our vehicles.

Other than the inconvenience of the gate being inoperative while waiting for a replacement actuator from the manufacturer, the process was painless and fully satisfactory. I would definitely recommend All Solar for gate actuator repairs!

Installers were prompt and professional, significantly lowered my electric bill.

Called the evening before and talked to Kelly who scheduled me for 12:00 the next day. A little later, his son called to push time out to 2pm since 12 was already taken. No problem and appreciated the quick notification of the time conflict. Arrival was punctual and work was done quickly and professionally. He did not leave until all components of the gate were tested and ensured all operating properly. Gate has been workingperfectly since.

I have had this gate controller worked on multiple times by the original installer. I called on Friday before a 3-day holiday weekend. They called me back and worked me into their schedule that day. The technician Showed up on time and fixed my gate with no issues. I have not had any issues with my gate since.

He found the problem.He changed battery and reset controller. He adjusted the swing arm. Everything works great.
Only problem I had is that he did not call me back to schedule time. I just happened to call the office to check with them and they said he was scheduled to come out that same day, but I didn't know that. I was able to get off work and it worked out fine. That's the only reason I gave a B.
I would use him again.

I first engaged All Solar in 2008 and was very pleased with their work so I called them a few days ago for this service. They called to schedule service when they said they would (the next day), and showed up as promised. Charges are very reasonable and it appears they grandfathered the service charge portion as it was the same as 2008. I would only call All Solar for work on my gate!

He has always fixed our gate problems for many years. We wouldnt use anyone else.

I initially called on a Sunday night and got left a voicemail. The answering service wasn't overly clear so I wasn't 100% sure I got the right company but I left a message anyway. I got a followup call from the number on my cell the next day but wasn't able to take it. They didn't leave a voicemail so I wasn't 100% sure at the time it was from All Solar. I ended up calling back the next day.
They had a technician come out (Seth) and diagnose the problem. They went ahead and replaced the fuze but couldn't repair the hinges that day. They also couldn't give me definite appointment time to come back out and do the rest of the work without talking to someone else about scheduling but they said they would call me back on Friday with the appointment time for the following week. I ended up having to follow up with them because I hadn't heard anything by 4:00 on Friday afternoon. At that point I called Seth and he made a tentative appointment with me for Tuesday at 10 saying he'd call me back if he found out there was a problem with that.
I was a little nervous about whether or not the appointment would come off cleanly but it did. In fact he was there within 10 minutes of the beginning of the 2 hour appointment window he had scheduled. He added the spacer to the lower gate hinge (he had already replaced the fuze on the initial visit) and got our remotes working. He also explained other potential problems with the gate and seemed to be proactively trying to get us the most cost-effective solution.
I couldn't have been more pleased with the overall experience/result.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They called me back right away and when I told Kelly what the problem was, he tried to help me over the phone to save a service call. Unfortunately, it was an old pad and the battery had corroded and I was unable to replace it myself. He came out within a couple of hours and replaced the key pad with a shiny new one. He was pleasant and efficient and I will call him in the future for any gate needs I have. I wish all companies were as helpful and responsive as this.

Gate was not consistanly hitting the correct open/ close positions. I had had another company try to fix it by adjusting the arm. That company told me I would likely require a new arm. All solar responded the next day, spotted an old, defective marine battery not up to snuff, replaced the batterey, cleaned and serviced the gate. So far, so good -- and for much less than I had expected.
