Edit: I got a call from the company saying they attempted to call me many times but had a wrong number. I'm not sure if this is the case because i've only given them one number. Maybe there was some communication error. I appreciate them following up and improved my score.

and figured out the problem immediately. He really knows his gates.
One of the wires to the motor had broken and was causing the motor to
short out. He rewired the activator arm and checked out all the
other connections and got it running in no time. It took him an hour
to get to my house from the previous job and he was here about 45
minutes and charged me a total of $110.00. The amount he charged me
seemed out the low side if you want my opinion. I'll never call
anyone else for my gate work in the future.
Installers were prompt and professional, significantly lowered my electric bill.
Only problem I had is that he did not call me back to schedule time. I just happened to call the office to check with them and they said he was scheduled to come out that same day, but I didn't know that. I was able to get off work and it worked out fine. That's the only reason I gave a B.
I would use him again.
They had a technician come out (Seth) and diagnose the problem. They went ahead and replaced the fuze but couldn't repair the hinges that day. They also couldn't give me definite appointment time to come back out and do the rest of the work without talking to someone else about scheduling but they said they would call me back on Friday with the appointment time for the following week. I ended up having to follow up with them because I hadn't heard anything by 4:00 on Friday afternoon. At that point I called Seth and he made a tentative appointment with me for Tuesday at 10 saying he'd call me back if he found out there was a problem with that.
I was a little nervous about whether or not the appointment would come off cleanly but it did. In fact he was there within 10 minutes of the beginning of the 2 hour appointment window he had scheduled. He added the spacer to the lower gate hinge (he had already replaced the fuze on the initial visit) and got our remotes working. He also explained other potential problems with the gate and seemed to be proactively trying to get us the most cost-effective solution.
I couldn't have been more pleased with the overall experience/result.
