"The job was prerformed durning the winter which the project was to remove a driveway and replace it with new concrete the condition was very cold , i explained to the home owner that the concrete sets very slowly durning the winter months ,the only thing that would help it set was to add 2% calcium into the mix .after the concrete was poured it finished fine ,the customers was happy with the job he signed off and paid me i came back to do the normal clean-up .Later the customer called me complaining that he had addition gravel in his yard and that he wanted me to removed them ,i made 2 additional trips to satify the customer , but he said that his lawn boy said that he said that it would cost 900.00 to clean his yard and i disputed that claim stating that i felt that his boy was taking advantage of him because i never leave my job unclean.i had 3 men that worked 2 days cleaning his yard and there is no way there was any debris left and i inspected it myself"
