Wow, they were so professional and knew exactly what the trees needed and what the problems were. Two months later they are beautiful again. This company is wonderful. Saved us thousands of dollars in replacement cost.

Work was performed as promised and cleanup was professional and complete.

6 man crew showed up as scheduled; went right to work. Done in 3 hours and cleaned up well. Very satisfied with job and much improvedappearance of the trees.

 The company did a great job. They cut the tree the way I asked for it to be cut. They left no mess behind. You couldn't even tell they had been there. Very professional, punctual, and good quality work. I wasn't even home when they did the work, but still gave me exactly what I asked for. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

He was on time, professional, and HONEST.  He could have sold me on work not needed, but instead, he recommended that I do nothing.  He put himself out of a job by being completely open and honest.  I find that refreshing.  I would absolutely call this provider again.

Work was bid on, agreed to and completed within a two hour period even though I added several additional limbs I needed cut. The person I dealt with was very knowledgeable about trees, the necessary trimming required, and what I could expect after trimming. Everything they cut was removed from my yard, put through their chipper, and my yard was even raked to clean up any debris from where they had been working. I was very impressed with this company's work. They were trimming a neighbor's tree and I approached them to do my work. As indicated above they did a very good job for a reasonable price. They were well informed, polite, and professional.

The initial meeting went well, showed up on time, had best estimate out of 3 different tree services: $1200 to trim two large pecan trees. Appointments for the actual trimming were postponed 2-3 times due to winds. I thought they should call me the next day and reschedule but each time I waited a week or two for them to call but always had to make the call myself. They worked very fast and did a good job with the actual cutting but they dropped limbs on my landscaping which crushed a bush or two and broke a yard decoration, dropped a heavy limb through my neighbors tree which broke a large limb in their tree, and broke some pickets off my decorative fence which they didn't mention before leaving. I gave them a week to call me about it but ended up having to call them and ask them to fix the fence, which they did.

The guys came out and dropped the trees and cut them and stacked them like I asked and done it in about an hour. From the first guy that came out and give me the bid to the guys that came out and cut the trees down they all seem to know what they were doing. The crew got there about 1 pm and by 2:30 pm they had unloaded all the equipment cut down the trees cut and stacked the wood and load everything back up and had lunch and was leaving. I will use them again when needed for any tree work.

All About Trees took all 11 trees down in a few hours, stacked the wood like I asked and kept the yard neat and clean.

The Arborist was on time and professional. He was knowledgeable about what our fig tree needed to survive, and also looked at our other trees and gave advice. He said they would return to do the work in two-three weeks. We received a call a few weeks later that the crew was on its way. The men from the crew were very scuzzy. The man who talked to me was wearing an undershirt and jeans and needed a shave. I was insulted when he called our fig tree a b____. However, they did do the work that was contracted and the fig tree is doing fine.

Only had an estimate but the harborist seemed knowledgable and professional. The company even followed up with a letter. We ended up going with a different company because they were a little cheaper. The service date above is not exact because I did not save the quote.

We got several estimates before deciding on this company. They were there on time, did a great job and all debris was taken away. After completion of the job, you couldn't tell anyone had ever been there.
