Totally Tile

I hired him to remodel my bathroom.  I gave him a month and he showed up 1-2 times a week giving me excuses why he couldn't be there.  During the MONTH he was there, He gutted all of the drywall, removed toilet and sink. and shower, and sold them.  Basically he left the bathroom gutted and destroyed.  I paid him $1200 to get further supplies, he took the cash and never showed up again.  I had just had surgery and was left with this horrible mess and no way to get my bathroom back in order.  I even filed a grievance with the City.

Could not asked for a better project.  Really helped us out, trustworthy, and would recommend to anyone.  Excellent communication.  Most of his work is done on referrals and will use again without a doubt.

Their price was great and the guy that came out for the estimate was very thorough, but the problem we had was with the actual installation. When the installation crew came, they didn't follow what we had requested and we were not happy with that. We actually didn't even get the leftover granite that we were forced to buy.

They were really fast and price wise they were reasonable otherwise my husband would not have gone for them.

Jeff always does an excellent job for us. The entire floor was installed seamlessly throughout the house. The moldings were installed perfectly and all the ends were cut and matched very well. We purchased the floor separately and let it acclimate nearly 2 weeks before he came by to install. The floor did buckle in the hallway due to a heavy water bed not allowing the floor to expand and contract properly. Even though he did not purchase the materials for us, he promptly came back and fixed the issue at no charge. He stands behind his work 100% and the quality of workmanship is well beyond what we have seen from contractors that charge much higher rates. We will absolutely have Jeff out for any project that we need.

This is the first remodel we had ever done. Being very cautious and very selective, we had obtained several different quotes from contractors. TOTALLY TILE was the company we felt was the most experienced and professional for which we made our decision.
Jeff started the remodel date on the date he scheduled and was at our home on a daily basis, until completed.
His attention to detail was masterful! The and quot;brick-layand quot; pattern of the tile turned out beautiful! The exotic granite countertops are seamless! The travertine stone backsplash in the kitchen was done with great detail. The under cabinet lights added a great accent touch to the whole kitchen! The under-mount sink and the faucet were installed perfectly! The remodel in the bathrooms are just what we had imagined!
